Originally from Portland, Oregon, United States with a degree in Business Management with emphasis in Latin American studies from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon. Is fluent in Spanish and has years of traveling and work experience in Mexico and Central America.

Sean Phillips has over 15 years experience in transitional and start-up hospitality business experience..ranging from small to intermediate cruise ships to working for large corporate hotel chains in the development and management of mid-scale business and full-service hotels for well-known chains such as Marriot Corp and Hilton hotels..

Now, seeking new horizons, Mr. Phillips has now ventured out into Central Pacific Mexico in 1999 to develop and sell independent properties and businesses along the coast in Mexico.

He is a member and active participant in the following associations:

• Rincon de Guayabitos Homeowner’s Association.

Lupita Cuevas holds a business degree in accounting, and has had several years experience as an accountant in Mexico City and was employed by the city of Compostela as an auditor. Her knowledge and experience is based in close ties to City Hall and the State of Nayarit and is indispensable with dealings and expediting transactions with the necessary officials.

Lupita has been a lifelong resident of Compostela..has intimate knowledge of the La Penita,Guayabitos and Los Ayala area..a business owner..and resident of La Penita.
